Effective February 3, 2008, Lieutenant Herschel Caudill’s status becomes Retired Lieutenant. Herschel served the City for 26 years in a variety of roles within the Police Division including patrol officer, detective, patrol sergeant, detective sergeant, patrol lieutenant, and support lieutenant. Herschel provided 26 years of committed and loyal service to this community, and this department is grateful for his contributions.
Lieutenant Caudill will be issued retired status Lieutenant badge #8 and will hold all privileges associated.
