Anthony T Seals is wanted for the kidnapping of a taxi driver he held for 12 hours. Seals tied up the driver and kept her n the back of the taxi until she was able to get free and run for help.
Anyone with information call Det. Noll @ (937) 237-3592. If Seals is seen call 911. Seals is to be considered armed and dangerous. He may be driving a maroon Dodge Intrepid.
