Huber Heights Police Department test Huber Heights Police Department The current Zoning Code for trash cans states: “When not at the curb for pickup, all garbage receptacles shall be in an enclosed building or in the rear or side yard placed upright against the principal building or an accessory building. “ A proposed Code states: “When not at the curb for pickup, all garbage receptacles shall be in an enclosed building or placed upright against the principal building or an accessory building.” This would allow for the receptacles to be placed at the front of the house or garage adjacent to the building. We are interested in any input with your opinions about where the trash cans can be allowed when not at the curb.
